So I thought that I was the only person that thought that The Plain White T's song was just plain creepy. It doesn't sound sweet, it sounds like Delilah has no idea that this guy is drooling over her 1,000 miles away.

A very creepy song indeed. An in addition to the creepy factor, the damn singer is just a whining, blubbering idiot who couldn't "get" the girl because he is such a loser. What kind of guy (besides Anthony Michael Hall) loves a girl from a far? A creepy, idiot that's what kind. Or a poet from the 17th century (which is kind of romantic in a geeky John Hughes film kind of way). But mostly just a sad boy man who just made a million bucks. I love mediocrity (sp?).
