Sushi

Tonight was my first try at making sushi. It came out pretty darn good. I later found out that the art of sushi is cutting things really small. I can do that next time probably.









I put cucumber, avocado, green onion and mango on them. Brian didn't like the mango at first but then he ventured into wasabi territory and really liked the sweet and spicy together. I think we'll try again soon.
